Location/Work Type: Winston-Salem, NC (2325 S. Stratford Road, 27103) | 100% In-Office initially for onboarding, transitioning to a Hybrid model (1-2 days remote).
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday.
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, 5+ years of accounting experience, and 2+ years of public accounting or corporate controller experience.

As our Corporate Controller, you will serve as a high-level, competent accounting professional keeping a pulse on our revenue stream. In this role, you will act as our premier corporate Financial Manager, ensuring the total accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial statements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master's degree or CPA designation is a strong plus).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the accounting field, featuring at least 2 years in public accounting or operating as a controller for a similar-sized, labor-primary service organization.
Tech Savvy: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with robust financial systems (NetSuite, Dayforce, or Salesforce preferred).
