Program Manager
This role focuses on program financials and supports technology leadership in program-wide activities. The position involves coordinating routines to provide comprehensive program updates across multiple projects and workstreams, as well as engaging with CFO Change and the ePMO. The start date for this role is immediate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with analytical and presentation abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable reports.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with Change Management, Oracle, and Oracle Financials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
