Wir suchen einen Field Sales Coach fr unser Sales Enablement Team in Berlin.

In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich fr die Konzeption, Durchfhrung und Optimierung von Enablement-Programmen, die die Performance, Produktivitt und Konsistenz unserer Field Sales Teams in der Region steigern. Du arbeitest eng mit der Field Sales Fhrung & Operations, funktionsbergreifenden Stakeholdern sowie Fachexpert:innen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Field Account Executives ber die notwendigen Fhigkeiten, Inhalte und das Wissen verfgen, um Umsatzwachstum zu erzielen und effektiv in ihren Gebieten zu arbeiten.

Diese Rolle erfordert umfangreiche Reisettigkeit innerhalb der Region (5075%). Du wirst viel Zeit im Feld verbringen, echte Kundeninteraktionen beobachten, Ride-Alongs durchfhren und zeitnah umsetzbares Feedback geben.

Was Du Tun Wirst:

  • Enablement-Strategie & Programmentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Enablement Team Manager zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung umfassender Enablement-Strategien mit Fokus auf Prospecting, Territory Management, Solution Selling und Deal Closing

  • Training Design & Durchfhrung: Entwicklung und Durchfhrung von Onboarding-Programmen fr Field Sales Account Executives sowie von Trainings zur Kompetenzentwicklung. Fokus auf die Umwandlung von Wissen in Fhigkeiten durch Flipped Classroom, Roleplays, Simulationen und feldbasierte Lernformate wie Ride-Alongs und Coaching-Sessions im Territory.

  • Content & Tool-Erstellung: Entwicklung wirkungsvoller Enablement-Materialien, darunter Playbooks, Territory-Planungs-Frameworks, Pitch Decks, Leitfden fr Einwandbehandlung, Demo-Skripte und Gesprchsleitfden fr Kundeninteraktionen, um ein konsistentes und effektives Verkaufen zu untersttzen.

  • Funktionsbergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Marketing, Operations und regionaler Sales Leadership, um eine abgestimmte Kommunikation, Produktpositionierung und Go-to-Market-Strategie ber alle Regionen und Segmente hinweg sicherzustellen.

  • Coaching & Performance Support: Gezieltes Coaching von Field Sales Account Executives zur Strkung von Fhigkeiten in den Bereichen Prospecting, Prsentation, Verhandlung und Pipeline-Management. Durchfhrung regelmiger Ride-Alongs und Shadowing-Sessions mit strukturiertem, unmittelbarem Feedback zur Frderung von Best Practices und Verhaltensnderungen.

  • Zertifizierungs- & Kompetenzmodelle: Aufbau und Pflege von Zertifizierungsprogrammen und Kompetenzmodellen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Field Sales Teams Leistungsstandards erfllen und Sales-Methodiken konsequent anwenden.

Was Du Mitbringen Solltest:

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Durchfhrung von Enablement-Programmen fr Field Sales- / Outbound-Sales-Teams, idealerweise in globalen SaaS-Unternehmen

  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von Enablement-Programmen und deren Einfluss auf geschftskritische KPIs wie Pipeline-Wachstum, Win Rates, Quoten-Erreichung und Umsatz

  • Fhigkeit, mit Daten zu arbeiten und daraus aussagekrftige, umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Field-Sales-Enablement-Inhalten und Tools, die Verhaltensnderungen und Leistungsverbesserungen bewirken

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
