Owner Services Manager

We are seeking a highly relationship-driven, detail-oriented Owner Services Manager to serve as the primary liaison between assigned aircraft owners and the Davinci Jets organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-touch client environments and can confidently navigate conversations with executives, aircraft owners, pilots, maintenance teams, and internal leadership.

Position Summary

The Owner Services Manager is responsible for actively managing and strengthening relationships with assigned aircraft owners while coordinating internally across departments to ensure an exceptional ownership experience. This role serves as the "voice of the customer," helping resolve issues, communicate operational updates, and proactively manage owner expectations related to aircraft operations, maintenance, scheduling, crew coordination, and service delivery.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, operational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Owner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aircraft owners
  • Manage conflict resolution and problem-solving related to maintenance, scheduling, pilot availability, training, and operational disruptions
  • Build trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
  • Conduct regular owner meetings and quarterly in-person visits whenever possible
  • Act as the internal advocate and "Voice of the Customer" across departments
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with maintenance, operations, scheduling, accounting, and flight departments
  • Oversee onboarding activities for newly managed aircraft
  • Review aircraft schedules proactively to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency

Owner Communication & Operational Coordination

  • Provide timely updates regarding scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
  • Monitor aircraft charter utilization and provide operational reporting as requested
  • Communicate annual budgeting information, training schedules, maintenance planning, insurance documentation, and company updates
  • Maintain owner dashboards, cover sheets, and related account records
  • Review invoices and maintain awareness of owner contracts and program agreements
  • Coordinate annual insurance certificate requests
  • Maintain familiarity with assigned aircraft mission profiles and operational preferences

Requirements

What We're Looking For Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service, account management, aviation operations, or related experience
  • Aviation industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to read, interpret, and discuss non-standard contracts
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination and follow-through skills
