Position Summary: The Division of Nephrology investigators are involved in basic, clinical, and translational research related to kidney disease. Under the direct supervision of the Department, this Research Administrator performs pre- and/or post-award functions. This position will coordinate required institutional reviews and approvals and/or monitors and administers federal and/or state, corporate, and private foundation-sponsored funds, subcontracts, and projects supported by discretionary and endowment funds. This position may prepare effort reports and financial transactions, and other reports according to established policies and procedures for approval by Department/Division/Program or Research Manager. May have signature authority on restricted funds.
