As a Marketing Manager CRM Strategy and Personalization, you will develop and execute strategies that fuel business results and growth, drive relevance, and create more meaningful engagements with our customers. You will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs, translating these requirements into innovative marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of initiatives, and analyzing performance for optimization. The Marketing Manager CRM Strategy and Personalization is responsible for managing CRM campaigns across Email, Push, Notification Center and Text including plan development, optimization and execution. You are a visionary strategist with strong leadership capabilities, adept at setting overarching strategies, leading multiple projects, solving complex marketing challenges, analyzing data to inform decisions, and effectively influencing cross-functional teams while communicating with diverse stakeholders.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
