The Director, D2C eCommerce is responsible for owning and driving eCommerce strategy and creating world-class shopping experience for our customers. Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing and eCommerce, this person will oversee Corsair and Drop global D2C stores and web operations ensuring we meet growth and revenue goals, while driving strategic initiatives. This person will also nurture a high-performing team and work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $170,000$210,000 USD
