A hands-on leader, this role has experience as a senior software engineer, but is capable of leading and managing a high-performance team of 3-8 developers. You'll need to be a doer and a manager mentoring a team and communicating across other departments.
Requirements:
- Senior software engineering experience
- Experience managing engineering/developer teams
- Experience in scaled SaaS environments
- DevOps experience in AWS environment
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with RoR
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL preferably Postgres
- iOS/Swift, Android/Java
Salary: $175-210k Location: Irvine, CA - 100% remote ok Team: 600 total employees, ~60 in tech team
