Role Overview
The Vice President leads the strategic and operational direction for a regional portfolio of shopping centers, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and maximizing long-term asset value. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on execution to deliver best-in-class experiences for shoppers, retailers, and partners.

Prior Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management, asset management, or retail real estate operations.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex portfolios and delivering measurable financial and operational results.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight, with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated success in tenant relations and driving customer-centric initiatives.
- Experience implementing technology solutions and sustainability programs within property operations.
- Strong background in team leadership, including talent development and succession planning.

Compensation
- $230k$255k per year + annual discretionary bonus.
