Job Summary: The Product Manager should have a background in Clinical Development and Knowledge of the eCOA product/process. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide and support our clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and optimizing product strategies.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, with no travel required.

Responsibilities:

• The Product Manager should have a background in Clinical Development and Knowledge of the eCOA product/process
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory strategies with business objectives
• Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on product development and market access
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of regulatory updates and requirements to all relevant parties
• Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions on regulatory compliance
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of regulatory processes and recommend improvements
• Facilitate the resolution of regulatory issues and challenges in a proactive manner
• Contribute to the development of regulatory policies and procedures to enhance compliance
• Utilize your expertise in research and development to provide insights into regulatory trends and innovations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and product compliance requirements
