Dematic is looking for a Solution Development Program Manager to help advance innovative, competitive solutions for our Amazon business. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that may involve concept development, estimating, and implementationensuring alignment with Amazon's evolving needs.
As a Solution Development Program Manager supporting Dematic's Amazon business, you'll hold a meaningful role in crafting and delivering automation and AI initiatives that address complex technical and operational needs. You'll partner closely with the Amazon Strategic Innovation Team, collaborate across functions, and engage directly with Amazon collaborators to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $134,250 to $196,900 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
