Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing leadership and counsel in the area of Human Resources across several locations. This position will drive key initiatives in areas like performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee communication.
Base salary is $75,000 to $100,000. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings program, paid time off and more.
Onsite position based out of Santa Barbara, Chino, Sacramento, and Newark, California.
