Candidate will have to do end to end ownership of BA, Development, Testing and all operations activities like planning, estimation, scheduling, invoicing. Hands on the architecture side. Look for candidates who worked as java developer in the beginning, later moved to architect and then to Program manager etc.
A seasoned IT leader with 18 to 24 years of experience, with minimum 5+ years of experience in handling $10M+ / multi-year development programs across process areas technical, functional, program management and financials. This role will require strong analytical, technical, financial and communication skills. The person should be able to interact with CxO levels with client and executive leadership within us. Necessary qualifications Technical background: Java / J2EE Development Programs (10+ to 15+ years' experience); 5+ roles as Enterprise Architect preferable Domain Experience: Financial Services; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable Program Management: 2-3 Large 10M+ multiyear green field development programs Governance and Reporting: Strong experience in setting up reporting practices Financials: Managing P&L for the program > 20M in size Executive communication: Ability to interact with CxO (CIO, CTO)Strong experience in similar programs.
