You will work directly with managers and recruiters to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements and providing market intelligence. Your efforts directly impact our company success, hiring strategy, and brand awareness. Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.
