Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead all phases of NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects focused on supply chain management, including planning, scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders across all levels, providing regular updates and ensuring project alignment. Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalating and resolving issues timely.
Supply Chain Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, logistics optimization, order fulfillment, and transportation. Analyze existing supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and devise strategies for achieving efficiency and cost-effectiveness within NetSuite. Act as a thought leader, proactively recommending improvements and innovative solutions aligned with industry best practices.
NetSuite Solution Design: Collaborate with business users to translate complex supply chain requirements into functional specifications for NetSuite configuration, workflows, and customizations. Design and oversee development of custom scripts, Suitelets, or integrations to bridge functionality gaps and streamline supply chain operations. Conduct rigorous solution testing, ensuring data integrity, performance, and seamless alignment with business processes.
Change Management & Training: Facilitate user adoption through effective change management, including the development of training materials and the delivery of tailored user training sessions. Provide ongoing post-implementation support, addressing user questions, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on enterprise-level NetSuite implementations or large-scale enhancements. Proven expertise in NetSuite supply chain modules (e.g., Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, WMS). Strong understanding of business process modeling and process optimization techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred: NetSuite Certifications (Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, etc.). PMP or other related project management certifications. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of data visualization tools and supply chain analytics.
