We're looking for a hands-on lawn care service leader who knows how to lead lawn technicians, manage daily production, and deliver consistent service quality in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or another route-based service industry and is ready to step into (or continue growing in) a leadership position.
What you'll do as the Technical Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our service department with a strong focus on technician development, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
