Avtron is seeking to hire a Product Manager who will support the Load Bank product lines. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales and improve margins. The candidate will evaluate opportunities, prioritize and forecast new products, analyze market trends and competitive activity, and perform voice of customer and other research. Additional responsibilities are described below.

Education: A 4-year degree is required, preferably in a business or engineering field.
Experience: 3-5 years of directly related professional level experience. Should have shown significant technical proficiency, potential for planning, good judgment, willingness to accept responsibility, and the ability to communicate, follow through, and give technical direction. Requires thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of new product development, product management, and customer.
