Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is looking for a proven operations leader to join our team as an Elevator Superintendent in Hastings, Nebraska. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agricultural environment and wants to make a direct impact on safety, efficiency, grain quality, and team performance.
In this role, you will lead all elevator operations at our soy processing facility, overseeing grain handling, drying, storage, inventory accuracy, shipping, maintenance coordination, and employee development. You'll work alongside experienced leadership teams in a company that values operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
