The S2 proposal operations manager leads the development and submission of comprehensive business proposals in response to government solicitations. A proposal manager must ensure that each proposal is compliant with the RFP guidelines, meticulously organized, and delivered within strict deadlines. They are responsible for managing the proposal schedule, overseeing content creation, conducting reviews for quality assurance, and ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements. The proposal manager acts as a liaison between the proposal team, management, and ancillary functions, providing clear communication and updates throughout the proposal process.
