Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project / program management of Facilities Management and Financial Management integrated solutions that enable an organization to effectively manage Facilities tools integration.
• Must have expert knowledge of Project Management and Financial Management solutions integration with back-end financials and use the latest digital technologies to track and monitor Facilities management projects
• Expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional project update meetings
• Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skills
• Experience with hardware configuration and/or IOT monitoring implementations. Example: Building Management Systems (BMS) or Vertical Transportation Monitoring
• PMP Certification preferred
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
• Mastery of Microsoft Project Professional is required
