As a Construction Manager at Zephyr Rail, you will be responsible for the execution of the full scope of construction management services in accordance with contract requirements. You will serve as Zephyr Rail's representative on complex transit construction projects, providing oversight of all project staff, daily field and office activities, and all ancillary project functions. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong background in transit construction, safety culture, and contract management.
Salary Range: 192,000-230,000 Benefits Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401(k) Plan (with company match), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Disability Insurance, Educational Assistance and Licensure Support, Performance-based Bonuses, Service Awards, Flexible/Hybrid Work Arrangements (role-dependent).
