We are looking for an exceptional operator with taste, ambition, and a builder mentality.
This is not a traditional office admin role.
We want someone who naturally creates order from chaos, notices details others miss, uses AI instinctively, and can turn rough ideas into polished execution. Someone ambitious enough to grow into operational leadership as the company scales.

We are building AI infrastructure for healthcare payment operations and revenue integrity at national scale spanning VA healthcare, payer integrity, rural health, and enterprise operations. The right person will sit close to leadership, help shape the company's operational systems, and eventually have the opportunity to own major initiatives or business lanes.
