Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the Installation and Operations in our Great Plains region. The region covers the Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri & Nebraska markets and will continue to grow. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures sunroom products.
As a contributing member of our successful Management Team, the candidate will be charged with effectively and successfully managing the Installation/Operations of the three regional branches.
Compensation: Great Day Improvements LLC offers the successful candidate a generous base salary plus bonus/variable compensation.

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation from contract to completion of project. The OM position will oversee a Region consisting of multiple locations with two direct reports in each location, the Operation Administrator and the Installation Field Supervisor, this position maintains the communication with our customer throughout the project and is responsible for the profitability of the project. Oversees and is a part of obtaining permits, ordering, managing and scheduling subcontractors, and all scheduling of projects. With Regional Manager, is responsible for planning revenue/profitability and meeting those monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. They review difficult jobs, and ensure that all jobs are installed in accordance within company guidelines of quality and profitability. Responsible for meeting with customer to review difficult, complicated jobs and address customer concerns. They are responsible for the hiring and training of the installation team.
