We are dedicated to serving the world flavor and are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our Mid & Southwest market operations. As a Regional Vice President of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service, and achieving our business goals.
The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Wingstop locations in the Mid & Southwest market, and based out of Houston, TX. The RVP will ensure that all restaurants operate efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with Wingstop standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional interpersonal skills to lead a team of managers and staff towards achieving operational excellence.
