Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and TBIs. As a Supervisor Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Empathy and ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
