We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as the primary point of contact for SWBNO's IT Director and OCIO leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of contractor personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and coordinating various operational aspects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining service quality across IT operations and specialized technical services, while also supporting emergency operations and business continuity.

Requirements

• 810 years of experience managing IT staffing, professional services, or technology support contracts.
• 5 years of experience managing multi-role technical teams in enterprise IT operations.
• Experience with Task Order-based or staff augmentation contracts.
• Knowledge of IT operations environments, including help desk, network, server, enterprise applications, database, cybersecurity, GIS, and infrastructure support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Louisiana by contract start and available for regular onsite presence.

Preferences

• Experience serving as a client-facing contract manager for public-sector or critical infrastructure clients.
• Ability to coordinate emergency support and business continuity staffing.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
