Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Experience in product development with knowledge of the product life cycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Capacity to be on-site in the New York office 3 days a week

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in fashion or related field
• Experience with Centric and Salesforce
• Knowledge of handbag construction and manufacturing methods
• Experience managing a team

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee sample tracking and ensure data accuracy in PLM systems
• Manage costings, including negotiations and alternative solutions
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and operations to meet quality and cost standards
• Communicate with vendors and monitor production timelines
• Update and maintain tracking charts and provide status notifications
