What You Will Do:

• Support the management of all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance outcomes.
• Perform risk and opportunity (R&O) management, including program revenue and profit recognition, to minimize organizational risk.
• Be accountable for profit and loss, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and financial metric reviews.
• Develop and review cost proposals, conduct management reviews for approval.
• Regularly interface with internal partners across Raytheon business units and external suppliers/customers at both domestic and international locations.
• Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in program or project management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
