Superintendent - commercial & industrial - PEMB & concrete

Job Title

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of construction experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Local to South Florida with strong subcontractor knowledge Proven ground-up experience with concrete and steel Familiar with Miami codes and inspection processes

What's On Offer

Salary range: $140,000-$180,000; depending on experience Guaranteed 2-week bonus plus project bonuses Strong health benefits, 3 weeks PTO, 10-12 holidays
