We are seeking a Quality Supervisor who will play a key role in ensuring products and processes meet company and regulatory standards. This position oversees a team of quality inspectors/technicians, implements quality control procedures, investigates product issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience and Specialized Skills:
Candidate will have a minimum of 5-years experience as a supervisor or chief inspector in a quality leadership role. Must be able to use standard measurement equipment and read blueprints. The candidate will have layout experience and be able to access an inspectors output based on the complexity of work. It is highly desirable that the chosen candidate has CMM programming experience, and familiarity with ISO, AS and/or military specifications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability work collaboratively and lead teams in a fast paced environment.
