We also provide nursing home support, care management, and in-home care through our Essen House Calls program. Our Program Coordinator will work 50% of the time with the NYREACH team to facilitate and develop workforce development initiatives as needed, create schedules, oversee progress and ensure goals are met on time. He/she is also responsible for coordinating and attending meetings, developing project strategies, operating our WFD program, and providing all administrative assistance as required.
For the other half of the job, our Project Coordinator will be responsible for finding and developing grant opportunities that align with NYREACH programming and objectives.
