The Human Resources Manager at ConMet's Clackamas, Oregon manufacturing facility is directly responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function at our Clackamas manufacturing plant (union), and Vancouver, WA machining plant (non-union). The position reports directly to our Plant Manager and has one direct report. This is an onsite (not hybrid or remote) job. Non-local candidates must be open to relocation (relocation assistance available). Note: Employer will not sponsor visas for position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
