Facilities Coordinator
Total Talent Solutions is now hiring facilities coordinators in Chesapeake, VA. Pay rate: $24.00 $26.00 per hour. Shift: MondayThursday onsite (hybrid model), Friday work-from-home.

Here's what we're looking for:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or customer service
- Must have experience managing commercial HVAC service delivery
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM with strong written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and capable of handling high-volume communication
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to make sound decisions under pressure with limited input
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must be able to work effectively in both office and remote settings with a reliable hardwired internet connection
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and analyze Excel-based work order data to prioritize communication with HVAC service providers
- Conduct frequent phone and email outreach to obtain status updates and ensure on-time work order completion
- Update work orders in the internal system to accurately reflect current progress
- Coordinate with account teams regarding escalations, reassignments, and invoicing concerns
- Notify account representatives of any work order reassignments requiring action
- Provide dispatching support when customer service/dispatch personnel are unavailable
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HVAC service providers regarding designated accounts
