Oversees the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School daily operations including sales performance and reporting, staffing, cash management, customer service, retail, facility cleanliness, private party operations and workplace employee activities.
The safety of our swimmers, parents and team members is of the utmost importance. Goldfish Swim School follows all Minnesota Department of Health safety requirements and operates with a culture of compliance.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or sports administration or equivalent is desired. Experience as youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor or aquatics instructor/supervisor is preferred. One to three years management experience is preferred.
Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED required; training will be provided.
While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate. Long periods of standing may be required during customer hours.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
