Key Performance Goals

Training Completion: 100% on-time for new hires and underperforming staff.

Overtime Control: Maintain OT % at or below branch target, with variances documented and corrected.

Safety Standards: ? 95% toolbox talk completion; ? 98% PPE and process audit pass rate.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage janitorial staff across multiple Columbus-area sites.

Oversee scheduling, inspections, and quality control to maintain premium service standards.

Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard top performers.

Daily reporting and reviewing using GPS-based mobile app (Swept) - approving hours, identifying GPS errors, etc.

Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new clients and specialty services.

Performing comprehensive account inspections to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Manage supply ordering and inventory.

Qualifications

Required:

24+ years in janitorial/facility or multi-site service leadership.

Strong people leadership and customer communication skills.

Comfort with mobile apps for time, inspections, and messaging (Swept preferred).

Working knowledge of safety practices (PPE, chemical handling, slips/trips).

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work some 2nd/3rd-shift audits.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws.

Experience with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber and carpet cleaners.

Ability to drive golf carts, forklifts, and other small machinery like ride-on scrubbers.

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Experience with Swept app.

Experience meeting operational KPIs for training, safety, and cost control.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000$55,000/year + performance bonus tied to KPIs.
