Product Manager

Medivant Healthcare is seeking a highly capable and technically minded Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of several core business platforms that support our commercial, operational, and manufacturing functions.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology. The individual will work closely with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and external technology partners to continuously improve our CRM, AI initiatives, ERP integrations, workflow automation, reporting capabilities, and other enterprise applications.

While strong project execution skills are important, this role is fundamentally focused on product ownership, business systems evolution, and delivering practical technology solutions. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, identifying inefficiencies, designing better workflows, and translating business needs into practical system solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with product thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation. They should be equally comfortable talking with business users, mapping workflows, challenging assumptions, and working with technical teams to build better solutions.

What You'll Own

• CRM platform and sales operations workflows
• AI-enabled business processes and automation initiatives

• Internal user experience across key business applications
• Product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap planning for assigned systems

Key Responsibilities

• Own the continuous improvement and evolution of multiple internal business systems and digital products.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, identify pain points, and define system enhancements.
• Translate business workflows into functional requirements, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Prioritize product enhancements and initiatives based on business value and organizational impact.
• Work closely with external software vendors, implementation partners, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate actively in solution design, workflow reviews, integration planning, and product decision-making.
• Drive execution across multiple parallel initiatives while balancing short-term operational needs with long-term platform strategy.
• Support implementation, testing, user acceptance, rollout planning, and adoption efforts.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, operating procedures, and project artifacts.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted bridge between business users and technology teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 58+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, Solution Consulting, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience owning or significantly influencing the evolution of internal business applications rather than solely coordinating implementation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements directly from business users and convert them into actionable system solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system workflows, and cross-functional operations.
• Solid technical aptitude and comfort working with APIs, integrations, databases, enterprise applications, and software vendors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to independently drive initiatives in environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.

Preferred

• Experience with CRM, ERP, WMS, manufacturing systems, or supply chain applications.
• Experience with AI platforms, workflow automation tools, and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Experience participating in enterprise software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid product delivery methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
