Job Summary: Lead a team of Solution Consultants responsible for developing next-generation network solutions supporting critical infrastructure enabling Grid Modernization, Renewable Energy and Mass Transportation. You'll architect the future of IT/OT convergence while building teams and solving complex industrial networking challenges.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, communications or engineering is preferred, with a focus on wired & wireless networking, (L2/L3 & Wireless) 5+ Years of Presales Consulting experience focused on Software and / or Services in Industrial Markets 5+ years of experience leading presales consulting teams, responsible for network automation solution design Experience utilizing automation tools that guide the creation of engineered network solutions
Abilities: Capable of translating complex / technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders Understanding of key technology and market trends. Analytical skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced metric driven environment Demonstrate a pro-active, flexible, and pragmatic approach Ability to travel domestically as required to perform the duties of the role (30% frequency of travel)
