As the Senior Program Manager of Business Operations on our Member Access Platform (MAP) team, you operate with high integrity and strive to apply strong deductive reasoning in all situations. You are a highly organized and execution driven professional with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple key initiatives to completion. Directly reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will play a critical role in aligning the MAP business and crossfunctional partners towards delivery of strategic initiatives and workstreams, driving efficiencies throughout the organization and synergy with strategic communication and change management.
