Playa Bowls is New Jersey's Original Acai Shop, and our mission is to bring super fruit bowls to the masses using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients while providing a fantastic in-store brand experience.
This is not just another restaurant management role we're looking for someone who can build culture, lead a team, and become the face of the store within the local community.
You're an energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams.
You take ownership, lead by example, and create a positive customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door.

Hospitality experience is important but attitude, leadership presence, and work ethic matter just as much.
This is an opportunity to help launch a new Playa Bowls location from the ground up and grow with a nationally expanding wellness brand.
