Harbor Chevrolet is a high-volume, customer-driven Chevrolet dealership serving Long Beach and the surrounding communities for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help lead our sales department, elevate team performance, and ensure we continue to be the dealership of choice in Long Beach.
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, managing daily operations, and achieving volume, gross, and CSI objectives. This role requires a proven automotive leader with strong California retail experience and the ability to drive consistent, process-focused execution.
3+ years automotive sales management experience required (Sales Manager, GSM, or Desk Manager)
Strong understanding of California automotive retail regulations
Proven track record of achieving volume, gross, and CSI goals
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proficient with CRM systems (VinSolutions preferred) and digital retailing platforms
Strong ability to interpret KPIs, financials, and performance data
High integrity and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
