The key focus of this position is department management to grow the business. The renewal and servicing aspect is approximately a 30-hour job, with the remaining hours potentially directed towards new business development. The position offers a base salary, commission, and includes flex and telecommuting options. We are looking for someone with experience in Applied/TAM. No commercial lines producers, but Trusted Choice leads may be considered. This role involves marketing new business and managing renewal business. Part-time or flex time arrangements may be considered if feasible within the department, with a minimum of 30 hours. Standard hours are 8:30-4:30pm, with some flexibility and telecommuting options available.
