A Delivery Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management of a company's delivery operations, processes and accurate inventory of the product coming into the warehouse for delivery. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Summary: As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers. Additionally, your primary goal is to ensure all deliveries meet quality and safety standards, as well as maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse. Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Forklift certification.
Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 annually
