We are seeking a Provider Services Program Assistant who will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Provider Services department and perform related functions as assigned by the program management What you'll do:Monitor Provider Direct and correct errors in timely, accurate mannerReview/ analyze/correct data in electronic computer record and/or spreadsheetsAssist with consumer/provider calls as neededAssisting Quality and Contracts Manager with other projectsOther duties as assigned What you'll bring: Excellent written and verbal skills.Excellent computer skills.Ability to respect the workplace and providers with privacy and confidentialityAbility to deal effectively with statistical and financial dataKnowledge of general office procedures and equipmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
