The Assistant Executive Director of LTC Therapy and TBS Services is responsible for overseeing the assessment process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically appropriate services to individuals served by our Long-Term Care (LTC) Therapy and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) teams. This role works in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Therapy and provides leadership, supervision, and operational support to ensure clinical services meet medical necessity standards and are delivered with excellence and integrity. Candidates must demonstrate strong alignment with our organizational Leadership Expectations, especially in the area of professional integrity.
