As a Management Trainee at MHC, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. Opening for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility. From there, the company grew and expanded.
