We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Emergency Room to lead and inspire our dedicated team at a 100-bed acute care hospital, located in the scenic and adventurous region of Arizona. Job Summary: As the Director of Emergency Room, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative oversight and direction for our fast-paced Emergency Department. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring high-quality nursing care and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, addressing nursing challenges and interpreting hospital policies to meet and exceed patient care standards.
