Join Willow Wealth's new Chief Investment Officer as a Director, Commercial Real Estate in our New York office. You will work with the CIO to identify, analyze, execute, and manage various CRE investment opportunities across North America supplied by investment partners. These investments may comprise equity, debt, pref equity, 3rd party funds, and co-invest opportunities. You will need to possess relevant experience and a vested interest in working on complex transactions across property types and the entire capital structure.
Willow Wealth has a highly flexible mandate in terms of target geographies, asset classes, and investment structures. You will be working on a small team with significant growth runway, providing candidates with the opportunity to work in a flat environment that encourages team members to expand their skillsets.

This is a New York-based role. The base salary range for this position is USD 200,000 to 230,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity compensation as part of the total compensation package.
