At Wally's Burger Express, we have three management positions:
General Manager, in total charge of the entire store. Salaried position
Assistant Managers, assisting the GM in managing the store. Salaried position.
Shift leaders, hourly management persons in charge of shift up to $17 HR
Responsibility of Management:
A strong leader who is a people person, with excellent hospitality skills, has a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency who can make work fun.
Detail oriented, organized and able to direct Team Members while performing under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
