Post University is seeking a dynamic and driven Manager of Career Coaching to lead and grow a high-performing career coaching team serving a diverse population of students and alumni, primarily working adults advancing or transitioning in their careers.
In this highly hands-on role, you will build, develop, and manage a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches, drive meaningful student engagement, and deliver impactful career readiness initiatives that empower students to confidently achieve their goals.
