The Admission Counselor is responsible for coordinating recruitment and admission efforts for prospective students while supporting the College's mission and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and academic excellence. This position serves as a key representative of the College through high school visits, college fairs, open houses, and on-campus and off-campus events.
The Admission Counselor will manage assigned recruitment territories, cultivate relationships with prospective students and families, review applications for admission, and serve as a member of the admission committee. In addition, this role will focus on strengthening outreach efforts to diverse student populations and expanding partnerships with Community Based Organizations across the country.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop communication strategies and campaigns tailored to a variety of student populations, both domestic and international. This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational abilities, creativity, and a passion for helping students navigate the college admission process.

40 Hours / 12 Months / Monday Friday with frequent evening, weekend, and travel responsibilities required to support recruitment, and admissions.
